Sky Energy Group Pty Ltd Data Sharing with Equitise Terms and Conditions

These Data Sharing Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the sharing of data (“Data”) between Sky Energy Group Pty Ltd (“Sky Energy Group”) and its equity crowdfunding partner Equitise Pty Ltd (“Equitise”). By using Sky Energy Group’s services and participating in equity crowdfunding campaigns through Equitise, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2.1. “Sky Energy Group” refers to Sky Energy Group Pty Ltd, an Australian company with its registered office at 4/4 Bridge Road Keysborough 3173.
2.2. “Equitise” refers to Equitise Pty Ltd, an equity crowdfunding platform with its registered office at 85 William St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010.
2.3. “Data” refers to any information, including personal data, provided by you to Sky Energy Group in the course of your participation in an equity crowdfunding campaign on the Equitise platform.
3. Purpose of Data Sharing
Sky Energy Group and Equitise engage in data sharing to facilitate the equity crowdfunding process and enable effective communication between the parties involved. The Data shared may include but is not limited to:
3.1. Contact information, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
3.2. Investment-related information, including the amount invested, investment status, and transaction history.
By participating in an equity crowdfunding campaign through Equitise, you consent to the sharing of your Data between Sky Energy Group and Equitise for the purposes outlined in Section 3.
