The Australian solar industry has seen hundreds of installers appear, sell hard and disappear — leaving customers with orphaned systems, void warranties and nobody to call. Sky Energy is the latest. Wise Energy Pty Ltd has been designing and installing off-grid and battery systems since 2009, and we're still here, still answering the phone, and still servicing systems we installed more than fifteen years ago. Our job system ticked past job number 38,157 this month — every one of them a real site, a real customer, and a system we stand behind.
We don't chase volume. We build systems properly, support them for the long haul, and would rather tell you something honest than sell you something you don't need.
One thing we'd urge every solar buyer to do: before you pay a deposit to anyone — us included — look the company up on the free ABN Lookup and check how long the entity has actually been registered. A slick website can be built in a week; a trading history can't. A 25-year panel warranty is only worth something if the installer is still around to honour it. Ours is ABN 63 166 068 748.
